This is just an opinion that I have based on the fact that things don't add up. The 500K isn't enough, you're right. I think they were relying on cash to be obtained by the first batch of stock issuance AFTER the huge reverse.

While we know the stock will tank fast after the reverse, they could issue enough shares at $3, 2.5,2 ,1.5,1,etc...so that after the dust settles they could accumulate enough cash to effect the transaction especially if they announce they are acquiring these "profitable" enterprises without generating debt but thru restricted stock...yada yada yada.

Who knows, if spun right, they might even have been able to keep the price up so as to issue minimal amounts for walking around money and then the rest would be given to the mom and pops in the form of

After all, in a far more sophisticated manner, isn't this how WCOM did it?
