I have to say that I was impressed with the rugged design and the low power requirements of this product shrink and I'm confident that such a device stands to revolutionize the digital content industry. One of the factors which regulated the market for Zip drives in the home and office were increased connectivity whereby reasonable amounts of information could be transmitted electronically. That's simply not a practical option for most portable devices. The monthly charges for wireless service would be prohibitive but the bandwidth simply isn't sufficient. Likewise, the capacity of solid-state memories are still far too expensive and limited in capacity to be of any practical value where digital content is concerned.
