Richard--From the news release: ... expected to pay out in slightly more than one year based on conservatively projected natural gas prices of $2.10 per mcf. I interpret that to mean return OF the $45K investment in that time. Any pop in gas, which is on the low end of price now, should hit a year. David Smith Isaacs could probably have done the whole loan from petty cash<ggg>. Why cash Plus loan Plus stock to come up with 45K? Sorry, but I have to ask the tough questions. After all, someone else will. TG
