The accounting world is finally waking up to the Y2K problem. I just received the current issue of NSA Software news and the cover reads as follows : "Year 2000.. Countdown to disaster..be afraid, be really afraid". Its nice to see it on the front cover so it can at least make an impact on us slow to catch on accountants. - Doowop

Bottom Line, I'm not as irritated with people on this thread as I am with y2k. We are all in a heep of shi~, if everyone(companies, governments, etc.) doesn't wake up and start addressing this problem. This is the real problem, not ALYD and its management. As was just posted, ALYD will release 1/98 on or by the end of the month. This is an improvement. The company has improved on everything, over, and over, and over again. Yes, I do believe the stock will be in the 20's by the middle of May. I thought in the past when the stock was above thirty, it did not belong there. Now, I believe it does belong there. The company is sighning more contracts, becoming more profitable, and focusing on the future business it will do. I also believe that come July, one of the big fortune 500 companies will start to experience system failures. When this happens, it will be the catalyst that starts the whole y2k market. Someone must fail in order to bring this to the forefront. TRUTH
