i am glad that CUBE is retracing a bit... this way it ensures that we have a nice steady climb higher with reduced volatility...

It's an interesting question on whether the upgrades matter. We all laugh at the analysts every morning as CNBC ridicules them for consistently upgrading at a high and downgrading at a low, yet we are always pleased to see our favorite stocks upgraded. I think it does help short term. Beyond that I'm not sure, but like everyone else, I'm glad to see the upgrades coming.
