I would agree, except when you are ACQUIRING with STOCK, you have a vested interest in wanting the stock price UP, meaning that you want to have investors who are confident.. In the wake of NASD/SEC pending regs that will require 10 filing for BB stocks to stay electronic as opposed to wallowing on the pink sheets, then filing the form 10 instills that confidence. Pink is an Aerosmith song, not a desirable stock listing. If you are acquiring with cash, I guess you could ignore the stock price short term. TG
