We've just gone positive in the last few minutes (30 1/4). The gap has been filled - and then some. Looks like we are headed up.

Growth margins continue to increase because of shift to Next Gen
platforms. Royalties are higher. Meanwhile expense categories in
% terms are down.

--Industry leader in inventory management and cost management

--Game FX is quite evolutionary for THQ; not revolutionary. For a
modest purchase price got two development teams in place. Game FX
is in the cutting edge of 3-D technology. This is a very strtaegic
move for THQ. The CEO is an advisor on the board of INTC.

--Inter. revenues are expected to grow later in the year and in 1999.

--Significant releases for the remainder of the year, including the
3-D game Quest 64: expect it to be a very strong titles. HAVE GOTTEN
A COUPLE OF MAGAZINE COVERS FOR THE GAME. Scheduled for release in
June.

--All their titles will be compatible for the new color Super Gameboy.
That's a significant operation for THQ.
