Don't know about technicals for this stock but do know that it has been manipulated a lot in the past. Management has not been friendly to small shareholders. Just be careful. Earning due out Thursday. I switched out of PCTL into VSVR today. Don't know if that is smart or not. What worries me about PCTL is that its systems are expensive. A friend of mine who has a retail computer business says that desktop v/c should work once INTC introduces a 1 GHZ chip late this year. WANG LABS ruled expensive word processing market until PC could do the same for a lot less. WANG went from 40 per share to pennies and went Bankrupt. VSVR should do well if desktop V/C becomes a reality.

Good Luck.

PCTL's earning are out. Met expectations of -0.06. Where does stock go from here? Is it a buy, sell, hold or short? I sold yesterday at 8 7/8.

I'm almost tempted to short it, although I rarely short. Any comments appreciated.

Good Luck.

Doug

sorry, but as I intimated in my 4/17 post, I sold all PCTL at $ 9+ Friday, at its S.T. resistance....sure, after a pullback, maybe I will watch it, but, I was also seeing many other "bouncing techs" run into S.T. resistance, and have been sharing many Puts, on many extended stocks, so took the profit in PCTL (paid $ 5.93 on mgn.) and ran.... best wishes, I agree, PCTL is a decent company, but I have no attachments, and i do very few fundamentals, as you know, so, take care, and keep in touch, but I did sell into the expected rally...
