I agree with Richard regarding the process patents. Have been involved in a number and they can be very difficult to enforce even if they pass the unique and new to the world test. So I think I'm still hopeful that we may eventually squeeze more $$ out of the dirt with J/L but the value of exclusive rights?

Soxon, I believe there are a few more shares out there now;-)

I'll take your numbers. At $50 million valuation for FL I think that is a generous valuation based on one hole's worth of data. As we get more data that number can expand. Also at this stage you are being generous on Shumway.
