PORTLAND, Ore., April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Rentrak Corporation
(Nasdaq: RENT) today announced that it has entered into a long-term agreement
under which MGM Home Entertainment (MGM) titles will be offered to retailers
participating in Rentrak's pay-per-transaction (PPT) system of distribution.
The first title offered by Rentrak under the new agreement is TOMORROW NEVER
DIES the latest installment in the highly successful James Bond series.
TOMORROW NEVER DIES is the most successful Bond film ever, having grossed over
$400 million in its worldwide theatrical release. The title will be available
at U.S. and Canadian video stores on May 12th, 1998.
