Bears look at the rating, you have to like it. Come on say something negative.

Dell Computer (DELL - news) on Wednesday is expected to sell $500 million in 10- and 30-year debt (Baa1/BBB) via Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, sources said. Price talk is 90 basis points over Treasuries for the 10-year tranche and 120 basis points over Treasuries for the 30-year tranche, sources said.
