1. Is the court case an 'all or nothing' situation - or is there room for a judicial or negotiated compromise - i.e. a percentage split?

# This is not like courts to do. There is no dispute between KRY and PDG over ownership due to a deal. This case is to nullify MINCA's mining rights. If they nullify part its 100%.

2. (see 1) ....or does it only effect a couple of tracts (perhaps the only ones that matter?)

# It affects Los Cristinas 4 AND 6. LC4 contains 12 million ounces for sure and perhaps 22 million. LC 6 is not explored yet.

3. If it's 'all or nothing' and KRY WINS is KRY set up to mine and mill the ore? Or will it have to seek out a major, and, if so, is Barrick lurking in the wings? The proximity of the CBI/ABX property could be germane?

# It is all or nothing. KRY has been approached by 6 major companies. They will be able to finance on their own though. KRY has an operating mine there already and its adjacent to LC 4.

4. I take it that a deal with PDG would not be 'on'?

# This has not been ruled out by the company! They do not have a war with Dome. I don't think they like anything Dome has said to them so far but if the offer were good enough I know Oppenheimer would consider it.

1. The case is all or nothing, but that doesn't mean kry gets 100%, no miner does anywhere. As to a negotiated solution, who knows - it seems to me that part of the reason for the court's delay is that they would like to see a settlement, but not everybody thinks so, and the only thing I'm sure of is that I don't know. It does seem logical, though...

2. Las Cristinas 4&6 - and they matter a whole bunch - 11,000,000 ozs proven so far

3. No, they won't be able to mine straight-away, there will be administrative (not judicial) procedures to go through. Also they'll need to plan and finance a mine. Chesbar is fifty miles away or more, I think, right (somebody told me on the cbi thread, but I forgot). I bet they're watching, though, and Barrick too - this is a really big deal, and the way it turns out will affect how the V government is perceived to mining investors of all kinds.

4. I've heard people say that there's bad blood now between the MEM and PDG, and between pdg and kry, and between various others, but who knows for sure?

...... gotta run ......... cheers ......... marcos
