I recall meeting Dennis in 1996. Although it is not unusual for employees to quit, his post about mismanagement made the difference. Investors did have clues about mismanagement when the products were delayed and delayed. Low price seems to be help those buying stock under the debenture plan distribution. The real question is whether MPEG has products to sell next month. Ram
