I don't see the answer to my question. Now do I have to really beg you? or do you at all 'know' or have an answer? Sorry. I thought I posted earlier, but I guess it didn't get sent. Damn Netscape. So, here are the features that make it worth $109 to me: - new file system (FAT32) gives more free space on drives - much more stable under heavy loads (low memory, etc) - new driver model allows use of same drivers between Win98 and NT5 - USB/DVD/improved sound support - integrated IE4 runs faster/more stable - improved hardware support / PnP - better system management tools - faster startup/shutdown Now, there are more features, but these are the ones that are important to me. If none of these are important to you, then you have no reason to upgrade.
