One of the most ridiculous i have seen...

if you cant sell your shares and you are worried about a downdraft

look at buying puts....

dont know how much more downdraft there is......probably no more than to 50....could stablize somewhere from 60-70 (not my numbers, just someone who is good at this kind of thing)

heck it could go up tomorrow...so puts are kind of dangerous here...if it gets back to 70 i will probably buy some more...however, your interests are different that mine...so even if you waste some on the premium...you are trying to protect a profit...

also you could sell calls...but I guess you cant do that on unregistered stock...I dont know...but if you have the ability to do NAKED calls with your broker(knowing that you in fact have the stock)

you might want to do that...
