Wait a sec! Now Freerealtime has the day's high as 33 3/8!

I liked it better when I didn't buy in right at the high of the day...

I've got an engagement this afternoon... maybe when I get back that high for the day number will have changed... I hope so.

We might be on our way back up right now... last trade 28 1/8

OT

Except we're likely to get more upward revisions and press coverage.
Profit taking is profit taking and that's what we have seen today on
strong earnings. But P/E is P/E and forward earnings are strong.

Farrell is a master at understating earnings potential. All you have
to do is look at the last 13 quarters. Did you expect him to say that
THQ will trounce estimates by 100% each quarter for the remainder of
the year? He did say today that 20-25% growth in 1999 is their target.
And he tends to be VERY conservative. You should really look at this
as more than a one day event. We had been rallying for a while...

THQI is now at its nadir in terms of its historic P/E range: that is
a market anomaly brought about by profit taking in part. Market anomalies
don't come around very often you know. I wouldn't mind if we
don't hit a new 52-week high by the end of the day today.

You are being too bleak. We have a much cheaper stock today and a
stronger balance sheet and solid forward earnings prospects. And
then there is Rugrats.

cheers,
Bleeker
