Rock's fascination with PE is due to it being a recurring theme in his psychoanalysis, PE=Penis Envy. He really wants to go long but his irrational sub-conscience makes him short, but he doesn't have the strength to follow his inner voice and wait for $4.80 and he covers. Hence constant conflict, so his reaction formation is to post here ad nauseam, hoping we can change him. But as we all know, in order to change, Rocky really has to want to change. Tough love, that's what he needs.
