'Sup!?!

Thoughts were since the recent 7% Series D convert was doing well (up from the offering price) there may have been some arb going on. We'll hear more later, but it doesn't currently appear this is a factor, with very low cnvrt (Series D 7%) volume - a few buyers and no sellers.

The story seems to be MS, whose downgrade may have signaled WCII (and the sector, including ICIX) as a short. So far, they've been 7 pts right, and people aren't stepping up just yet, giving it to the technicals for now. Support 35-34, then 32ish... not pleasant for the squeamish or uncertain (and aren't we ALL, just a little?)

No fundamental concerns at this time from any of the firms that I deal with. I understand the key number to watch on May 12th will be EBITDA, as well as comments on the progress of migration. Note Governali's definition from my previous post on "on-net".
