This physical format has similar parameters
as DVD-R specifications, therefore DVD-R
and DVD-RW discs can be written or read by
the same drive in future. Also, DVD-RW disc
can be played-back on the DVD-Video
players and DVD-ROM drives with small
modification.

Metro also announced today the completion of a $2,175,000 debenture with an accredited investor. The term of this debenture is two years with a 5% cumulative dividend. This offering will provide increased working capital to the Company in order to further develop its DVD/CD-ROM schedule, in addition to amplifying video productions and expanding product lines for its newly formed German distributorship.
