Dear DCF

I must admit that I am no expert in this area but do not mind exploring with you. I think Paul became a Jewish Christian and was no longer under the law, because the perfect sacrifice had been made. However it seems to me impossible to understand the need for a blood sacrifice without the background of Judisim. I also think that the Jewish feasts were important to him, and he still observed them as they were prophetic of the Meshiac. I am not sure that it we need to view Paul conversion as anything more than a lost man becoming saved.
I still think that a Jew is in need of Yeshua, and is lost without him, however I feel that G-d ordained all aspects of Judisim to point to Yeshua, and believe he would appreciates a loving Christian that would continue to practice them. We know from scripture there is no longer any distinction as all are one in Yeshua. But Yeshua also told us in Mathew that he did not come to abolish the Law and the Prophets but came to fulfill them.

Trying to eat this elephant one byte at a time, so I will stop and pray we may continue. Shalom my brother. DLL
