Wiley, B of A , may be interested because of the the number of locations and the amount of the trust dollars available.
Let's face it, with banking going towards full automation, there is security in numbers. Less human involvement and the ability with the name change to get to the real money..... trust and investment.

Well, Norwest got to them first. Surprised that they are keeping the Wells name, because of the bad street reputation.
Take a look at BCOM, Bank of Commerce San Diego.
They say they are the aggressor... However, I think they are on a few take over lists themselves.
Any opinion?
