Clement, I commend you on your answer in its objective presentation. I also appreciate that you noted your disposition to this case, yet approached the answer with fact and (in my opinion) no bias. I am approaching this case from the Thermo Tech side and yet found your synopsis more informative and honest than I have read in some time. Thanks Clement. By the way I went for a plant tour on Tuesday. I was impressed.For you guys following this company for a long time it must have been gut wrenching. It looks like they have ironed out their bugs and are getting ready for 700tpd. I hope they can get that delivered to the door consistently. That should turn the red ink to black. Are there any Lawyers or Judges on this thread that can lend some insight into the possible outcome of the Judges ruling? Thanks . Gary k
