The market will shread the small, individual investor to pieces.

TDFX is a prime example of my theory.

This sucks big time!!!

This stock is so thinly traded that any block trade of size will send the price reeling. I think the previous post about retail investors bailing is pretty much the story. People don't exactly realize it yet, but 3D is key to digital approximation of reality. This has been the industry goal since computers became graphical -- witness all the flight and car simulators. The 3d polygon and texture processing is a critical enabling technology, just like the graphical user interface.

In addition, while we have seen only applications in gaming, the possibility of interactive 3D worlds (virtual reality) will have untold applications. Untold because we don't know what they are yet.

In my opinion, the explosion of 3D combined with natural language processing (voice and facial expression processing) will be the two drivers of computers in the next few years. When you buy TDFX, you buy the next "cycle" of computers. I'm long and expect a rebound as more brokers do their due diligence on this micro-cap company.
