The people who use it. Same as the age of nearly-free software. And nearly-free computers. The suppliers benefit too. So start with Qualcomm who have the patents on cdmaOne, the main wireless bandwidth creation.

Who will most suffer from the age of nearly free bandwidth? Statist types. Collectivists. Those who like control. Alpha males. Twisted pair owners.
