I guess the answer is yes - if you mean that it's non-dilutive. No
equity dilution as would be the case if converts or new stock
were being sold. Haven't seen figs on final deal...but, Invesco
is one of the biggest buyers (for their "junk bond" funds). Think
interest rate supposed to be about 9%....so, our trusty lads
need to get crackin'....does give a nice cash pile to make deals.
(Would expect more pr announcements before too long).
