Now that the FCC has approved the E-Rate program, how will schools and libraries place orders for equipment and software? Will orders go to distributors like Ingram Micro, will they go through varying governmental bureaucracies, outside consultants, other means?

How do we track or otherwise get a handle on how sales are affected by E-Rate short of waiting for the quarterly reports?

Ideas anyone?
