David, That's one hell of a Tax bill. We're consolidating here and I'm not expecting much until earnings are announced. Hope having the CFO selling half of his TAVA shares evokes an explanation from Scott L. Not being nosy, but I like inside management to believe in the company as much as we do and he took a hell of a chunk of change off the table at a lower price. You would think that Jenkins, with his proclivity of submitting 8k's on every news release would feel inclined to do the same in this case in order to amplify. Not trying to evoke pessimism here as I think we all know where this company is heading. I'm more interested in the path that we take getting there. Regards, Ron
