Hi Christine, Indeed the Universe is large, almost beyond imagination. What is exciting is that we will be seeing great leaps in telescope technology. In 25 years we will be able to resolve not only the planets around these stars, but see clouds and continents, if they exist, according to NASA. It is intriguing to realize that information, in the form of photons, is always flowing towards us from these far off places. We only need to learn how to capture it.

I'm sure that if we ever discover an intelligent civilization it will change life forever here.
