Dave, The exchange ratio has NOT been "speculated" it was stated as such by Ira in last week's CC. The exchange rate will be set by the stock prices. I assume the prices at the time of the agreement. The time may be the speculation by not the basis for the conversion. Later, leroyt P.S. I believe Ira is releasing financials ahead of the merger agreement to force the hand of ATXI. If ATXI waits on the agreement (until after the financials release) it will be very much to ATXI's disadvantage. ALSO, there are A LOT of people (investors) who will NOT touch a stock without AUDITED FINANCIALS. The release of the audited financials WILL HAVE an impact!! (JMHO)
