Patience is a virtue that carries a lot of wait. I wonder if they are taking bids on the concrete work? I work cheap, but the travel expenses would kill you!<g> You ask good questions Greg. Thanks for the update. We know CSMA doesn't have a lot of cash laying around, neither do I, but I sure have a lot invested. My ideas is keep the company with enough cash to operate and reinvest as much as possible. Let what you do have work for you. Leverage as much as reasonable. Work towards certain goals and when one is reached work towards the next. If you want to know how I operate, one thing I can tell you is, all those CSMA 'buys' were not always paid with MY cash. I'm just glad I have a 'big brother' (My company) with a nice credit line. It's amazing what the bank will do for you when they like you. (and you pay your bills on time!) Happy investing! Go CSMA!
