Just rampant speculation on my part: From Ira: To Mr ATXI corporate think tank, In a gesture of good will, I will not release the audited financials for 1997 .. the same financials that many people are waiting for... to jump into Firamada stock. By doing this I am giving you a small favor by giving you good terms of trade on the shares... in return for you working with us amically (sp?) to get this merger done with. From Ira: To Mr ATXI corporate think tank, Well you had to play rough didnt you? You wont go down with a fight, I respect that. Ok well one week to go.. guess what. Im going to put the numbers out Monday. I tried to do it the easy way; now Im going to do it the hard way (for you). Any spike of share price on our part and the merger ratio will be changing favorably towards us. Take the weekend to think about it.. Mr. ATXI corporate think tank. Love, Ira Just posing guesses. Still think the ATXI deal is done. If deal is off, will be "re-evaluating" April 30th in a big way. But to reiterate I think it is done IMHO. (hazarding a guess of 3:1 ratio)
