Hey. All this noise awakened me from my hibernation. Having poked my head out, I like the landscape.

I asked Michelle Lurch-Shaw of Stressgen IR a few questions. Here are 2 of them followed by her answers.

1. Roughly how many and what percentage of Stressgen shares are owned by
a) Stressgen management and employees
b) institutions
c) individuals?

At Dec. 31st 9% of the shares outstanding were owned by management, employees, and directors of the company. Institutional and individual investment are more difficult to track in Canada than in the US. I would estimate that institutions hold approximately 35% and retail investors hold 56%.

2. Does Stressgen have a poison pill or other arrangement to fend off unwanted suitors?

Although we have had no overtures of this kind, our lawyers are working on this.

Hopefully, Michelle will soon be allowed to participate in the thread herself.
