Raven, I think the following from BCfan sum up the state of FAMH: "" I think things are progressing. This is what we have been led to believe: 1) Thurs Conference Call 2) Fri FAMH send financials to ATXI 3) Mon FAMH releases financials to public 4) Thurs ATXI merger deadline for definitive letter of agreement. I will revisit my buy/sell decision Next Friday after these items have/haven't transpired. "" I am deeply concerned about the growing # of shares in FAMH. Up to 51 million now and just a week ago it was 47 million and on 2/25 it was 36 - 40 million. In my opinion that is 25% increase in shares and a 20% drop in the price (from .70 to .56). I think next monday will be critical, the release of the audited financials. They have been delayed since Feb. 1. collin <chompers seem to be ok, no problems>
