Ian, The appropriate-ness of "Apple Restaurant" notwithstanding, I think "Eddie's" is more fun for a large boisterous bunch of "think different" types. (Good food, cheap beer, big space, no loud music.) I propose: Eddie's at 14 Waverly Place (one block south of 8th street, one block east of Broadway) at 8:00PM. You're familiar with both places, you want to make it unanimous? If you still feel we should meet at Apple, I'm fine with that. soup

Excellent, We're making great progress! Soup knows both and voted Eddie's. Let's make it "by 8 PM" since there are two who want 8 and I'm an early person (hey, you know I am early). Of course we SHOULD postpone till next week in view of the stock's performance but I think it's really hard to get this group together so we'd better stick with the 24th. And I'm sure the stock will catch up with us. I guess nothing great happened at the shareholders' meeting. Bummer. Linda

(I'd like to try Virgil's Real BBQ at 152 West 44th St. - I pass by on the way to the train and smell that hickory smoke - Mmmmmmmm - Or perhaps the Dine-O-Mat on Broad and 43rd. Plenty of Japanese and Chinese places - If you want lavish service try Korean - Indian is rather exotic and not all items are spicy. Possibilities abound.) -Bill_H
