Bhag, its my understanding these are strictly purchases on the open market, I may be wrong though. May take me a day or so, but I'll get an answer to this question once and for all.

I have the annual report here somewhere, I'll check that also.

Bhag, apparently the report I'm receiving through a Quote.Com subscription is not a complete report and appears to contain only open market transactions. I just paid $6.00 to get the complete report directly from Vickers...no initial reaction, I need to study it further. I will try and post it later.
