I'm buying ISDN. No ISP should trade this low. The company said they are going national. Look what happened to RMII in the last month after they announced they were going national. ISDN is practically undiscovered. By the looks of the spread, it must have a small float. Company calling me back with more info. Just my opinion. Do your DD.
