Yo, Buster.

I BELIEVE the attorney is going over the accountants work to make sure they comply with SEC regulations, so if there is anything they (the accountants) omitted it can be corrected before going to the SEC and being tossed back. I didn't get the impression that there is any attempt to use "smoke and mirrors" in preparing the financials, so perhaps 'eagle eye' was the wrong phrase to use.

I think they want to move MDCE to NASDAQ from OTC BB. Thus, what they file with SEC must be reviewed by their attorney. Unlike OTC BB, NASDAQ is highly regulated. Some OTC BB companies dare to mislead investors, but no NASDAQ companies want to mess with SEC.
