Microsoft with every quarter release says do not expect this kind of growth in future. But they just keep on delivering.

Actually, you're wrong. Growth has slowed. Here's the quote from their CFO:
"But it is critical to note that our growth has slowed for each of the last four quarters,"

This is not a prediction-- it is what has happened.

People are excited that MSFT beat expectations. But managing expectations is just a question of paying off the analysts (with information) correctly.

Again, just in case you all didn't get the message:
