I remember once a long time ago, I was at Far Rockaway Beach with a couple of friends of mine. When we got on the train -- the A Train -- to go back to the city, we were the only the ones in the car, and we were playing around -- jumping over the seats and swinging on the overhead arm holders, etc -- when we suddenly came around a corner approaching Belmont Park and the races had just gotten out. The platform was packed with people and as we pulled up to it, my friends and I had about 10 seconds to frantically run around the car and gather all our possessions before the doors opened and the hordes came rushing. When they did, we got scrunched up in a corner. This GIFT thread just became the A-Train.
