Dear Elie - sorry if you feel misled. Again, I can't speak for others, but I ve never communicated with Messr Sexton - or EXSO for that matter - myself. While I appreciate others taking the pain to email EXSO mgt etc, one should be wary that whatever perpetrated on the net is just that. As a matter of opinion, I think there are some EXSO threaders who have also offered up caution flag. For example, DD has reported his findings but subsequently unwinded his position. Chris has been bullish but let himself be known almost immediately after he unloaded 100K. And Zeev has revisited this thread immediately after the 7-7 situation. While I don't know them, I do think they have upfront with their fellow threaders. At least, relatively speaking, people here are more genuine than in some other threads. Of course, this is just my personal impression.

Anyway, I m not here to argue or lecture you, but to learn this lesson myself [as I am quite a gullible person]: no matter what others said [even if they are your brokers, if you are using a full service outfit]: be always on the look out.

Sorry I can't offer you more than this

rgds Bosco

Elie: On a less flippant note, I verified with Chip directly that what was represented as his writing on this thread was indeed his.
Things do look bad right now. However, I have not heard yet that the company is going to chapter 11. I have only heard that:
1. Earnings, which were to show a profit for 4Q, now would not due to 7-7 fiasco.
2. 7-7 fiasco would NOT put company under.
3. And i've had access to the same 8K's about the accountants that you have. While I'm skeptical, it is possible that Pennick et. al managed the accounting situation poorly, and the delay is just that, a delay in getting the numbers out.
At least I'm hoping that's the case...
If anyone knows more, please chime in...
Tom

>> Where are you guys now? <<

Hi Elie, I think I'm one of the guys you're refering to. Several people posted here reporting their conversations with EXSO management. The reports gave every indication that things were getting better at EXSO not worse. We were merely repeating them and discussing them. In fact, I distinctly remember exchanging posts with David U. as to the "good" reason and "bad" reason for Chip saying they were waiting for the annual report to report their good news. (the "bad" reason was to offset the bad news in their financial report).

I don't think any of us are happy that EXSO is now trading at .07. I think most of us are still "here" but simply don't have that much to say.

At this point, I'm just thrilled that Tom was able to get through to company management. At this point the stock is priced for everything but Chapter 11. Just RELEASING their annual report with all its ugly details would be a relief !

Regards,
Chris

BTW, Thanks Tom for reporting your conversation with Chip.
