Actually both long and shorts throw around words, I have also asked soem valid questions but never got very valid answers. Even if muse works in less than 1% of the cases why is this such a good short when there are companies that is not making any revenues trading at sky high P/E's. Every ones got to question things like this long or short. I havent followed VVUS for a long time so cant say what happened since I last saw assencio's report. The shorting or selling of this stock's way beyond what a normal stock goes through. The next best stock to compare it with is IOM. Has all the same signs and the same fanatism of both longs and short and mostly the same players as well. But I would think loosing a lot of money one way or another makes people a little edgey. And the games at these prices are still on, Someone is still spending some money keeping the prices down. But its also a way to make a few bucks here and there just watching the prices. Definetely not enough sellers at below 8 to keep prices there. BTW how do you think the stock keeps popping back over 8 the last few days? Its not magic you know. You just got to know the right people, even if we arent rich and famous like assencio and his gang. He wants to spend money to keep it down thats fine. But it is going to cost some of that easy gains hes holding and give it to the rest of us.

If I get razzed by DR it's OK but when I razz back it's crimes against the state. <<I think the other longs can now see why I would not post on the main thread>> It's a free speech society and you are welcome to voice your opinion anywhere you wish. DR decided to come over to the other thread and make smug remarks mocking my views. When I became smugger I was branded as the evil one. I did not fire the first shot. I merely responded with a few mortar rounds. <<Hope you can reform>> I don't feel I need rehabilitation. I will defend my view points, sometimes with sarcasm. Now that I realize just how sensitive you really are, for your sake I will attempt to keep any human emotion out of the discussions.

I have a complaint for the management. Seeing the scenario playing out, I sold some VVUS on April 2, to lock in a tax loss. Now I have 10 days to go before buying it back. I would like to ask you all to please keep shorting every time VVUS pokes its neck above 8. I was encouraged by today's action but someone obviously failed to keep selling and we closed at 8. Not what I expect from the "short to zero" crowd. I would like to buy it back below 5, if it's not too much trouble. Also, being as this (Viagra) is a "media event" drug release, please keep the tabloids from reporting the Viagra "horror stories" until I buy back in, one or two of those and VVUS will pop back up like ZONA did and my dreams of easy wealth will be shattered. Yes, I know the tabloids would never go near negative stories about the most popular drug of the decade, it would be a violation of their ethical standards, but there may be one out there who will shoot for circulation first and ask questions later. So, if you will just do those two things for me I'll be grateful. I'll even get the Billboard on the 1997/1998 shrunk down to proper size if you'll just get the price down to 5 for a couple of weeks. Zebra PS: I think some folks, short and long, should lighten up on each other, its a stock, not a religion.
