David, I still think Cramer's tagline of "the best there is" is, well, the best there is.

I think Cramer was being serious when he wrote it.

Cramer has every right to hold Kurlak up as a paragon for other analysts to model themselves after. That's what being "the best there is" is about right? If Cramer thinks Tom Kurlak is "quite simply, the best there is", what he's really saying is he would like to see more analysts operate like Tom Kurlak. That's the clear logical implication.

For a guy who has so much to offer and really does care about making his readers better investors and traders (if I told you how much I like the guy and have learned from thestreet.com, I'd look like a total kiss-a**) to end up supporting that proposition - it drives me nuts!

I don't know about you, but for me one Tom Kurlak is plenty <g>
