I agree with you James. The price did drop early in the day, but it recovered in the afteroon. With over 4-1/2 million shares trading, yes some folks were taking profits, but somebody was accumulating Qcom stock, today.

With the concentration on the handset problem from last quarter, I think the focus has been missed. "It's WLL." That's where the future of the company is. Mexico looks very positive. China, although slow, will come on line. And, G* has not been booked or recognized in the numbers, yet. I think the company sees itself as a telecom company.

As I indicated in my last post, the more I have thought about it, the "unanticipated" licensees do not include Ericy, because that would be so material it would have to be disclosed even if negotiations were still underway. It is more likely a Japanese and some other smaller vendors who don't want it known that they are switching to or getting on the CDMA bandwagon yet.
