I think Kevin sold because he about doubled his money and there seems to be quite a few inconsistencies on items such as share count.
I think his discomfort level had been reached. Plus, I think he wanted to free up some money to jump into ETPI (which does have audited financials) and other ventures.

When FAMH does present audited numbers, there will be plenty of time to jump in and make money. He may lose a one day pop, but in the long run FAMH will do just fine.

Personally, I'm holding on to FAMH at least till tomorrow's conference call, most likely till Monday when rumor has it that financials may be release to the public, and probably till April 30th to see if the Atrix deal goes through. If all goes well, I'll be a long-term holder of a Nasdaq traded stock that small-cap mutual funds will be clamoring over.
