PHYCO release:

If you read the release its almost like they were defending fpam as well as themselves with their positive statements about the health of the industry. Makes you wonder if they phyc are telegraphing a future play on fpam with positive statements. Could also be just self serving on phyc's part.

RE: short interest, myself and others have had in the money puts we wrote get put to us in the past few days which means people who bought them are closing out positions and mm's are squaring up by putting stock to us, translation: shorts are covering.

gregor, Agreed on shorts- Interestingly Phycor referred to the usual financial "boogeymen" in the healthcare industry in its earnings release today. That makes me think that any "boogeymen" with FPAM have been already discounted into the stock price unless something really heinous is amiss which I doubt...

But we'll see in a couple of weeks!

Sincerely,

Doug F.
