Well, I'd better go get some strip steak and scatter it in among all the greens. I think it will still look like a salad, however. My husband is not easily fooled.

A two-pound steak? Really? I had almost managed to forget how much meat the Department of Agriculture managed to convince Americans to eat. Do you remember the food charts at school, with meat the most important food? Gross. Very good for the American economy, though.
