While I'm waiting along with everyone else for this stock to bottom out and resume its climb, can I ask a very elementary question about something I don't quite understand? OK--so WCII supplies wireless telephone, net, etc. to the office buildings, what do they then do with it? Who carries their phone service city to city, things like that? Are they partners with Worldcom or PSINet, or are they builing out their own city-to-city net? Thanks.

...I believe registration was for shares from the recent preferred deal... really a formality....volume picked up as stock bounced from 351/8....looks like a reasonable support trendline wise...
