I got this excerpt from the "424B2", page 18 that was filed on 3/6/98. It would be nice if these shares were at least partially responsible for the drop.

"An additional 3,564,569 shares will be eligible for sale
beginning on the opening of market on the third trading day following the date
of public disclosure of the Company's financial results for the three months
ended March 31, 1998, upon expiration of certain lock-up agreements and subject
to the provisions of Rules 144(k), 144 and 701 under the Securities Act of 1933,
as amended (the "Act")."

A 25% drop in several trading days is not normal, particularly following such strong earnings.
