We have only seen literally, the tip of the proverbial iceberg. While Thailand the Philippines and to some extent Korea, have made some progress the rest of SE Asia is in absolute denial.

Its all the 'west's fault'. A couple of us here in Malaysia post fairly regularly on the Asia Forum amongst others.

Some times a good read if you have the time. Lots of coverage on Asia and Japan.
