Slightly off topic.

Ibexx, I would love your opinion about NEON. I think you should be interested in them. They just beat their earnings estimate by 100%( the have beaten estimates for the last few quarters in a row), and have partnerships with SAP, PeopleSoft, and IBM. They provide middleware which offers automated application integration(instead of custom coding) for the messaging and the implementation of ERPs in heterogeneous environments. I think a company like NEON is a proxy for the growth of this industry since they have so many partnerships(real partnerships).
I don't know how to value companies in this space. I bought Neon at 10 and 13. It closed at 28, before earnings were announced. What do you think is fair value for a company like SAP and Neon. How high a PE/Growth ratio is fair for companies growing over 150% a year. I am worried about the height of the market, but don't want to miss out on ERP and Middleware. I think this industry is going to grow for years.

Thanks for your thoughts,
Dan
